Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi dari penerapan aplikasi KOBER serta mengetahui hubungan dan besar pengaruh hubungan antara penggunaan aplikasi KOBER dengan tingkat kedisiplinan kerja cleaning service pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Banyuwangi. Untuk evaluasi aplikasi KOBER dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan besar
pengaruhnya dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap responden yakni cleaning service yang berjumlah 17 orang. Hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner dihitung menggunakan
metode regresi linier. Adapun uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk menguji valid dan reliabel atau keandalan dari instrumen penelitian (kuesioner) yang digunakan. Untuk
uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji T dan uji koefisien korelasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara penggunaan aplikasi KOBER dengan
tingkat kedisiplinan kerja cleaning service dengan persamaan regresi linier � = 14,818 + 0,244� dan nilai R dari uji koefisien korelasi didapatkan sebesar 0,605 yang tergolong hubungan yang kuat serta bernilai positif dengan artian terjadi hubungan searah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of KOBER application evaluation and to determine the relationship and magnitude of the KOBER application
implementation with the level of discipline in cleaning service at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Banyuwangi. The evaluation of the KOBER application was carried out by observation
and interviews. Meanwhile, to find out the relationship and magnitude of its influence, it was using questionnaires to cleaning service as a respondent, which amounted to 17
people. The results of questionnaire distribution were calculated using the linear regression method. Validity and reliability tests were carried out to test the validity and
reliability of research instrument (questionnaire) used. To test the hypothesis, using T test and correlation coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between KOBER application implementation and the level of discipline in cleaning service work with the linear regression equation Y=14,818+0,244X and the R value of correlation coefficient test was obtained at 0,605 which was classified as a strong
relationship and positive value, it’s mean that there was a unidirectional relationship
