To assistand improve the welfare of the community, the government has created social assistance programs such as JAMSOSRATU, Family Hope Program (PKH), Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), Cash Sosial Assistance (BST), and Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT). Distribution of sosial assistance must bed one well, organized and transparent. The problem face disthat the assess mentis still subjective. It is feared that this will lead to inaccuracies in choosing citizens. Therefore, the author will build a Decision Support System to choosec itizens quickly, ef ficiently and computerized so as to reduce the occurrence of human error by using the TOPSIS method. The kriteria used for theas sessment process are occupation, income, number of house hold membersand status of residence. This sistem cansolve problems in determining BLT recipients in Cisiram Villagewell, so that it can help the committee in selecting residents to get sosial assistance.

Untuk membantu dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemerintah membuat program bantuan sosial seperti, JAMSOSRATU, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT), Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST), serta Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT). Penyaluran bantuan sosial harus dilakukan dengan baik, terorganisir dan transparansi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah penilaian masih bersifat subjektif. Hal ini dikhawatirkan menimbulkan ketidaktepatan dalam memilih warga. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka penulis akan dibangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk memilih warga secara cepat, efisien dan terkomputerisasi sehingga mengurangi terjadinya human eror dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Kriteria-kriteria yang digunakan untuk proses penilaian yaitu pekerjaan, pendapatan, jumlah ART serta status tempat tinggal. Sistem ini dapat menyelesaikan masalah dalam penentuan calon penerima BLT di Kampung Cisiram dengan baik, sehingga dapat membantu panitia dalam pemilihansssssss warga untuk mendapatkan bantuan sosial.
