Abstract
The protection relay needs to be maintained to see the condition of the relay protection, this study aims to
see the condition of the differential relay on the transformer after 3 years of not doing the inspection. Where
the measurement results are compared with the reference value. Testing the data is taken by testing the
pickup current and the working time of the relay in 2018 and 2021 when the inspection is carried out. The
test results in 2018 obtained a comparison of the pickup current value of 0.95% for CT 1 and 0% for CT 2.
In 2021 the comparison results on the pickup current value of 1.2% for CT 1 and 3.3% for CT 2. For time
results the work obtained if in 2018 and 2021 there is a very slight difference from the reference which is
0.02. The working response of the relay is still good, judging from the pickup flow and working time,
because everything is still within its tolerance limits from 2018 and 2021. However, it can also be seen that
from year to year the response of the differential relay has decreased in comfort.

Respon kerja dari relay masih baik, dilihat dari pickup current dan waktu kerja nya, karena semua masih dalam batas toleransinya dari tahun 2018 dan 2021.
