The length of time for students to graduate on time or not on time is one of the indicators of academic quality at IT PLN. Based on data from the Academic and Administrative Division (BAA) of IT PLN, the number of graduates is smaller compared to the number of students at the time of admission. Therefore, in this research, a web-based application was created using the javascript programming language that can predict whether students will graduate on time or not. The purpose of this research is to help the BAA in guiding students to graduate on time. The method used in this research is the C4.5 algorithm with the variable Cumulative Performance Index (IPK) in semester 4, school of origin, organizational activity, activity of Student Activity Unit, working, and motivation in carrying out classes. The results of testing the web-based application with the implementation of the C4.5 algorithm formed 32 rules or decision trees to predict whether students can graduate on time or not. The IPK variable, school of origin, organizational activity, the activity of student organization, working, and motivation cannot stand alone. The variables are interrelated and form various specific rule components, resulting in varied prediction results. The prediction results show an accuracy level of 82.81%, so the web-based application with the implementation of the C4.5 algorithm can be used by the BAA IT PLN with continuous improvement

Lama waktu studi mahasiswa untuk lulus tepat waktu dan tidak tepat waktu merupakan salah satu indikator kualitas akademik di IT PLN. Berdasarkan data dari Bagian Akademik dan Administrasi (BAA) IT PLN, jumlah lulusan mahasiswa lebih kecil dibanding jumlah mahasiswa pada saat penerimaan. Oleh sebab itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrogaman javascript yang dapat memprediksi mahasiswa lulus tepat waktu dan tidak tepat waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membantu BAA dalam mengarahkan mahasiswa agar lulus tepat waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Algoritma C4.5 dengan variabel Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) semester 4, Asal Sekolah, keaktifan berorganisasi, keaktifan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, bekerja, dan motivasi dalam menjalankan kuliah. Hasil pengujian aplikasi berbasis web dengan implementasi algoritma C4.5 terbentuk 32 rule atau pohon keputusan untuk memprediksi mahasiswa bisa lulus tepat waktu dan tidak tepat waktu. Variabel IPK, asal sekolah, keaktifan berorganisasi, keaktifan UKM, bekerja, dan motivasi tidak bisa berdiri sendiri. Antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya saling berkaitan membentuk berbagai komponen rule tertentu sehingga menunjukkan hasil prediksi yang bervariasi. Hasil prediksi menunjukkan tingkat keakuratan sebesar 82.81% sehingga aplikasi berbasis web dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma C4.5 ini bisa digunakan oleh BAA IT PLN dengan melakukan continuous improvement
