Abstract
Pemilihan metode bekisting merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi keseluruhan proses pembangunan struktur beton. penelitian ini betujuan untuk mendapatkan besaran nilai yang lebih hemat antara penggunaan bekisting konvensional dan bekisting baja serta mengetahui waktu tercepat dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan bekisting konvensional dan bekisting baja. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan kebutuhan biaya dan durasi pekerjaan bekisting konvensional dan baja. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat beberapa faktor penggunaan dalam pemilihan bekisting yaitu efisiensi waktu, biaya, kualitas hasil akhir, fleksibilitas, penggunaan ulang dan tantangan teknis. Selanjutnya, diperoleh bahwa pekerjaan bekisting konvensional dan bekisting baja didapatkan hasil bahwa pekerjaan bekisting baja total pembiayannya lebih mahal Rp133.980.660 dan total pembiayan pekerjaan bekisting konvensional Rp144.597.447,17 hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan bekisting baja lebih murah Rp10.616.787,17 di bandingkan dengan pekerjaan bekisting konvensional. Sedangkan, pada perbandingan terhadap waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan pada penggunaan bekisting konvensional dan pekerjaan bekisting baja diketahui waktu rata yang di butuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan bekisting baja adalah selama 644 menit sedangkan untuk bekisting konensional didapatkan analisa waktu rata - rata 849,6 menit Sehingga hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa pekerjaan bekisting lebih cepat 205,6 menit/kolom di bandingkan dengan pekerjaan bekisting konvensional.
The selection of formwork method is one of the important factors that affect the overall process of building a concrete structure. This study aims to obtain a more efficient value between the use of conventional formwork and steel formwork and to determine the fastest time in carrying out conventional and steel formwork work. The research method is carried out by comparing the cost requirements and duration of conventional and steel formwork work. The results of the study stated that there are several factors of use in the selection of formwork, namely time efficiency, cost, quality of the final result, flexibility, reuse and technical challenges. Furthermore, it was obtained that conventional formwork and steel formwork work obtained the results that the total cost of steel formwork work was more expensive by Rp133,980,660 and the total cost of conventional formwork work was Rp144,597,447.17. These results indicate that steel formwork work is cheaper by Rp10,616,787.17 compared to conventional formwork work. Meanwhile, in the comparison of the implementation time of the work on the use of conventional formwork and steel formwork work, it is known that the average time required to complete the steel formwork work is 644 minutes, while for conventional formwork the average time analysis is 849.6 minutes. So the results show that the formwork work is 205.6 minutes/column faster compared to conventional formwork work.
