Dalam pembuatan aplikasi Surat Informatika, Estimasi yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara estimasi manual dengan memperkirakan waktu dalam pengerjaan aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan Metode Perhitungan Estimasi Perangkat Lunak yang mendekati nilai Estimasi actual dari aplikasi Surat Informatika. Tujuan dari pembuatan estimasi perangkat lunak ini agar mengetahui seberapa besar effort yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat aplikasi Surat Informatika. Salah satu Metode Estimasi yang banyak dipakai yaitu Metode use case points, penggunaan metode use case point untuk mencari effort dari pembangunan perangkat lunak yaitu dengan menghitung jumlah actor dan case yang ada pada use case diagram aplikasi. Penulis ingin mengetahui apakah metode Use Case Point cocok digunakan pada aplikasi berbasis lowcode, dan dari hasil percobaan yang dilakukan, nilai effort dari metode Use case points sebesar 2246 jam dan memiliki Nilai Error sebesar 1758 Jam.
