Tourette syndrome is a neurological disease that has a dangerous impact on the survival of children under the age of 18 years. Every disease detection system requires a method to be able to operate with the best features in it. In this study, the Tourette Syndrome detection system uses a web-based application using the forward chaining method. In applying this method, a decision-making process in the detection system was carried out on the diagnosis that had been determined by the expert and also through an accuracy test process. so that the results of the detection system are accurate and can be recommended by relevant experts in determining the initial diagnosis of this neurological
disease.

Tourette Syndrome merupakan suatu penyakit saraf yang memiliki dampak berbahaya bagi kelangsungan hidup anak-anak dengan rentang usia dibawah 18 tahun. Setiap system pendeteksi penyakit, dibutuhkan suatu metode untuk dapat beroperasi dengan fitur-fitur terbaik di dalamnya. Pada penelitian ini, sistem deteksi penyakit Tourette Syndrome yang menggunakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan metode Forward Chaining. Dalam penerapan metode tersebut, sistem deteksi melakukan proses pengambilan keputusan atas diagnosis yang telah ditetapkan oleh ahli dan juga melalui proses uji akurasi. Sehingga hasil sistem deteksi telah akurat dan telah dapat direkomendasikan oleh ahli terkait dalam menentukan diagnosis awal penyakit saraf ini
