Abstract
Beban sistem kelistrikan batam tiap tahun naik terus-menerus, sehingga pembangkit seharusnya meningkatkan pasokan energi listrik agar terciptanya keseimbangan daya antara supply dan demand. Maka dari itu PT. Brigth PLN Batam berencana melakukan pemasangan PLTS 50 MWAC pada sistem kelistrikan 20 kV batam. Pemasangan PLTS dilakukan karena tidak menghasilkan polusi dan energinya diperoleh secara gratis. Dengan adanya penambahan PLTS, dapat mempengaruhi stabilitas transien sistem kelistrikan batam. Oleh karena itu disimulasikan gangguan pelepasan pembangkit, saluran sirkuit tunggal dan ganda yang kemudian dilakukan kajian bagaimana stabilitas frekuensi sistem, tegangan GI Muka Kuning dan sudut rotor PLTU Tanjung Kasam. Pada studi kasus tersebut tetap stabil walaupun sempat mengalami ayunan beberapa detik. Selain itu, penambahan PLTS ini juga dapat mempengaruhi THD. Didapatkan nilai THD mengalami kenaikan menjadi 11,77% sehingga melewati toleransi yaitu maksimal 5% untuk level tegangan
Batam's electricity Load continues to increase every year, so power plants should increase the supply of electrical energy to create a power balance between supply and demand. Therefore PT. Brigth PLN Batam plans to install PLTS 50 MWAC on Batam's 20 kV electricity system. The installation of PLTS is conducted because it doesn’t produce pollution and the energy is obtained free of charge. With the addition of PLTS, it can affect the transient stability of the Batam’s electricity. Therefore, a generator lost, single and double circuit lines were simulated, which was then studied on the stability of the system frequency, Muka Kuning GI voltage and the rotor angle of the Tanjung Kasam PLTU. In that study case, it remained stable even though it had swing a few second. Beside that, the addition of this PLTS can also affect THD. It was obtained that the THD value increased to 11.77% so that it passed the tolerance, which is a maximum of 5% for voltage levels
