Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja isolator porselen terhadap polutan fly ash dan lumut. Metode yang digunakan pengujian discharge test dan breakdown pada isolator porselen terhadap polutan lumut dan fly ash. berdasarkan hasil dalam penelitian ini kadar polutan yang berbeda beda dapat mempengaruhi nilai tegangan breakdown. Dimana pada penelitian ini dibedakan dari tingkat pengotoran isolator terhadap polutan lumut dilakukan perendaman selama 12 minggu dan dilakukan pengujian tiap pekan. Dan polutan fly ash dibedakan massa pengotornya sebanyak 50 gram, 75 gram, 100 gram, 150 gram, 200 gram, dan 300 gram. hasil Pada pengujian isolator tanpa polutan atau kondisi bersih didapatkan hasil pengujian discharge Test nya sebesar 65,57 kV dan breakdown 85,84 kV. Dan saat terjadi kontaminan adanya penurunan nilai sebesar 1% saat pengujian Discharge dan pengujian Breakdown 7%. Dari hasil yang didapatkan dapat diketahui bahwa saat pengujian isolator yang terkontaminan sangat mempengaruhi nilai ketahanan isolasi nya dan keandalan isolator tersebut.

This study aims to analyze the effect of porcelain insulator performance on fly ash and moss pollutants. The method used is discharge test and breakdown testing on porcelain insulators against moss and fly ash pollutants. Based on the results in this study, different levels of pollutants can affect the value of the breakdown voltage. Where in this study, it is distinguished from the level of insulator contamination of moss pollutants by soaking for 12 weeks and testing every week. And fly ash pollutants are distinguished by the mass of impurities as much as 50 grams, 75 grams, 100 grams, 150 grams, 200 grams, and 300 grams. Results In testing the insulator without pollutants or clean conditions, the results of the discharge test were 65.57 kV and breakdown was 85.84 kV. And when contaminants occur, there is a decrease in value of 1% during the Discharge test and 7% Breakdown testing. From the results obtained, it can be seen that when testing the contaminated insulator, it greatly affects the value of its insulation resistance and the reliability of the insulator.
