Application development has been widely used in business companies in Indonesia. PT PLN (Persero), especially in the Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Madiun City, has implemented a web-based application to facilitate monitoring of meter replacement, namely the web with the name QMeter and SMAPP. The problem faced is the authentication process for each web application contained on one web or portal. The website still uses a separate authentication system for access to the website. The solution provided is an authentication system using Single Sign On. On a website that uses authentication by means of Single Sign On only requires one username and password so that the user only needs one login to be able to access the services in the domain as needed. This system will make it easier for users. In using the system, it will make it easier to organize user data which provides security guarantees for user data because it uses centralized user data storage. LDAP (Leighweight Directory Access Protocol) is a protocol that will be used for directory services, where all user data will be stored as a user database. LDAP is run on Windows Server 2019 by using Active Directory.

Perkembangan aplikasi telah banyak digunakan pada perusahaan bisnis di Indonesia. PT.PLN (Persero) khususnya di Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Kota Madiun telah menerapkan aplikasi yang berbasis web untuk memudahkan dalam monitoring penggantian meter yaitu web dengan nama QMeter dan SMAPP. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu proses otentikasi pada setiap aplikasi web yang terdapat pada satu web atau portal. Dalam website tersebut masih menggunakan sistem otentikasi yang terpisah untuk akses pada website tersebut. Solusi yang diberikan yaitu sistem otentikasi dengan mengggunakan Single Sign On. Pada website yang menggunakan otentikasi dengan cara Single Sign On hanya memerlukan satu username dan password sehingga user hanya perlu satu kali login untuk dapat mengakses layanan yang ada dlaam domain tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sistem ini kan mempermudah user dalam. Dalam penggunaan sistem akan mempermudah dalam pengorganisasian data user yanga memberikan jaminan keamanan pada data user karena menggunakan penyimpanan data user secara terpusat. LDAP dijalankan pada windows server 2019 dengan menggunkan Active Directory.
