Listrik kerakyatan is an innovation created to manage electricity today by compiling and utilizing various technologies with the results of processing waste as fuel. To determine the ideal waste fuel such as briquettes and waste pellets are made comparisons and calculations manually. Because the comparison is still manually, this research is intended to create a system that can perform calculations and comparisons automatically. The testing method used is the Black Box method which tests new applications through a process of interaction with the user. The making of this system uses the ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) method as a calculation for determining the ideal waste fuel. The ELECTRE method has the ability to determine the outcome of a multi-criteria based on the ranking concept. Decision support system that is equipped with an automatic calculation method ELECTRE.

Listrik Kerakyatan adalah inovasi yang dibuat untuk mengelola ketenagalistrikan saat ini dengan menghimpun dan memanfaatkan berbagai teknologi dengan hasil pengolahan sampah sebagai bahan bakar.Untuk menentukan bahan bakar sampah yang ideal seperti briket dan pelet sampah dilakukan perbandingan dan perhitungan secara manual. Dikarenakan
perbandingan masih secara manual, maka penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan perhitungan dan perbandingan secara otomatis. Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah metode Black Box yang pengujiannya dari aplikasi baru melalui proses interaksi dengan user. Pembuatan sistem ini dengan menggunakan metode ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) sebagai perhitungan penentuan bahan bakar sampah ideal. Metode ELECTRE memiliki kemampuan untuk menentukan hasil pemilihan dari multikriteria berdasarkan konsep perangkingan. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dilengkapi dengan perhitungan metode ELECTRE secara otomatis.
