Abstract
Listrik saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi kelompok pelanggan khususnya Di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang setiap tahunnya tingkat kebutuhan energi listrik mengalami kenaikan. Penelitian ini akan berfokus membahas salah satu komponen penting pada PLTGU yaitu sistem high pressure (HP) di PT.Indonesia Power Tbk Priok POMU PLTGU Blok 4. Dengan data yang digunakan sebanyak 120 data dengan interval 1 menit.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode time domain assement dimana hasil analisis %error pada variabel feed water flow, steam drum pressure, drum level, steam flow, dan steam temperature, diperoleh rata-rata %errror kurang dari 5%, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa sistem kontrol yang ada memenuhi tracking performance yang baik. Diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat variabel yang memiliki performa sistem kontrol yang kurang baik yaitu Drum Level. Ditunjukan dengan nilai %error dan nilai variansi yang cukup besar yaitu %error sebesar 898,39% dan nilai variansi 44,93. Sehingga %error dan nilai variansi yang lain cenderung rendah, besarnnya %error dan nilai variansi dikarenakan dinamika alamiah sistem ketinggian air dalam drum level.

The method used is the method of evaluating the time field where the results of the error percentage analysis on the variables on the water flow, steam cylinder pressure, cylinder level, steam flow, steam temperature, average error ratio of less than 5%, so it can be said that the current control system meets good tracking performance.Results were obtained indicating a poor performance variable of the control system, which is the drum level. It is referred to as a % error value and a fairly large contrast value, namely an error of 898.39% and a contrast value of 44.93. So that the error ratio and other contrast values tend to be low, the size of the error percentage and the contrast values are due to the natural dynamics of the water level system at the roller level.
