Abstract

Susut energi ialah energi salur yang hilang saat pendistribusian listrik ke konsumen, salah satu faktornya pada sisi non teknis, ialah mempengaruhi pengukuran energi listrik pada pelanggan, berdasarkan metode pengumpulan data dari kWh salur dan kWh jual Maret serta upaya penekanan dengan P2TL dari pengukuran kWh pelanggan dan analisis pengujian error meter sebagai identifikasi penyebab susut non teknis yaitu dengan mengukur waktu pemakaian daya aktif pelanggan dan waktu peneraan putaran piringan menggunakan stopwatch. Sebanyak 24 pelanggaran golongan P(II) ditemukan di wilayah UP3 Bintaro, diantaranya mempengaruhi putaran piringan seharusnya 4,80 detik saat peneraan 9,72 detik sehingga meter error tidak sesuai batas kelas meter yaitu kelas 1 adalah ± 1% dan kelas 2 adalah ± 2%. Dari hasil kerugian energi mendapatkan saving kWh sebesar 404.836 kWh dan saving rupiah Rp. 583.946.177, energi yang tersalurkan PT.PLN (persero) UP3 Bintaro bulan Maret mendapatkan nilai susut 9,42%, setelah dilakukan pelaksanaan P2TL susut menurun sebesar 9,19% penekanan susut P2TL berhasil meminimalisir selisih 0,23% dari susut non teknis.

A total of 24 violations of group P(II) were found in the UP3 Bintaro area, including affecting the rotation of the disk should be 4.80 seconds when the application was 9.72 seconds so that the error meter did not match the meter class limit, namely class 1 is ± 1% and class 2 is ± 2%. From the results of energy losses, you can get a kWh saving of 404,836 kWh and a saving of rupiah of Rp. 583,946,177, the energy channeled by PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bintaro in March received a shrinkage value of 9.42%, after the implementation of P2TL shrinkage decreased by 9.19% the emphasis of P2TL shrinkage succeeded in minimizing the difference of 0.23% from non-technical shrinkage.
