Abstract
PLTU Adipala memiliki 3 HPH (High Pressure Heater) yang memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam operasionalnya. Kondisi saat ini, jika terdapat salah satu HPH yang berposisi di tengah siklus mengalami gangguan dan harus dioutservice, maka HPH yang berada setelahnya juga
harus dilakukan outservice. Hal ini dapat menaikkan nilai heatrate dikarenakan terdapat 2 HPH yang dioutservice. Maka diperlukan alternatif pola operasi HPH yang dapat menekan kenaikan heatrate yang sekaligus dapat mencegah turunnya efisiensi pembangkit. Simulasi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pola operasi yang paling optimal. Simulasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Cycle Tempo. Masing-masing kondisi dibuat siklus heatbalance pada software Cycle Tempo dan diisi parameter apparatusnya. Kemudian di run untuk melihat hasil simulasinya. Kondisi 1 merupakan kondisi normal operasi HPH memiliki
nilai heatrate 2071,4 kcal/kwh. Kondisi 2 merupakan kondisi dimana HPH 7 dan 8 dioutservice memiliki nilai heatrate 2161 kcal/kwh. Kondisi 3 dimana hanya HPH 7 di outservice dan HPH 8 dialirkan menuju HPH 6 memiliki nilai heatrate 2118 kcal/kwh. Kondisi 4 dimana hanya HPH 7 dioutservice dan HPH 8 dialirkan menuju kondonsor memiliki nilai heatrate 2150 kcal/kwh.
PLTU Adipala has three HPH (High Pressure Heaters) that has very essential role on its operations. In The current condition this three HPH is in a series. Which is, if the middle HPH has a problem during the cycle experiences and must be out-serviced, then the after HPH also must be out-serviced. This situation can increase the heat rate value because there are two HPHs that are out of service. Therefore, an alternative mode of HPH operation is needed to press the increasing of heatrate and also preventing a decrease of generator efficiency at the
same time.Simulations carried out to obtain the most optimal operating pattern. This simulation was carry out using the Cycle Tempo software. Heat balance cycle is made in the Cycle Tempo software for each condiition and filled in with the parameters. Then its run to obtain the simulation results. First condition is a normal HPH operating has a heat rate of 2071.4 kcal/kwh. Second conditon is a condition where HPH 7 and 8 out of service that has a heat rate of 2161 kcal/kwh.
Third condition is only HPH 7 that out of service and HPH 8 is streamed to HPH 6 which has a heat rate of 2118 kcal/kwh. Fourth condition is only HPH 7 that out of service and HPH 8 is streamed to the condensor, which has a heat rate of 2150 kcal/kwh.
