Abstract

In the complaints system, an Android-based complaint application is needed to facilitate service. Other features in the application are complaints, complaint status, technician's assessment in doing the work. Service Quality is used to determine the quality of service with customers. Occupants submit a complaint if they experience what they did not expect at the Apartement Complaint application is made using the Service Quality (servqual) method as a system that produces an assessment or assessment of service quality and produces an application as requested by the user. Then the application was tested with the main characteristics of the customer appraisal method based on 5 (five) dimensions of quality, namely: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance, and accurate results were obtained from the assessment, this system was categorized as very good. Thus, the Complaint application can be used to facilitate service and assessment in progress via a smartphone.

Dalam sistem pengaduan penghuni dibutuhkan aplikasi complaint berbasis android bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan. Fitur lain dalam aplikasi complaint yaitu pengaduan complaint, status complaint, penilaian teknisi dalam melakukan pengerjaan. Service Quality digunakan untuk penentuan kualitas layanan dengan pelanggan. Penghuni mengajukan complaint apabila mengalami yang tidak di harapkan di Apartement aplikasi Complaint dibuat denggan menggunakan metode Service Quality (servqual) sebagai sistem menghasilkan penilaian atau asesmen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan menghasilkan aplikasi sesuai permintaan user. Kemudian aplikasi diuji coba dengan karakteristik utama yaitu metode penilai pelanggan berdasarkan 5 (lima) dimensi kualitas, yaitu: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy dan assurance didapatkan hasil yang akurat terhadap penilaian, sistem ini tergolong kedalam kategori sangat baik. Sehingga, aplikasi Complaint dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan pelayanan dan penilaian dalam pengerjaan melalui smartphone.
