This research was conducted to improve the De-ashing process in the gasifier reactor which has been done manually and can endanger the health of workers there. The de-ashing process in the gasifier reactor is converted into an automation process with an Arduino Uno-based stirrer that adjusts to the high and low values on the garbage pellet. In this automatic de-ashing tool Fuzzy logic is applied to determine the duration of the rotation process for de-ashing. This method will later determine whether the duration of de-ashin activation includes a short, long, or inactive duration. Information regarding the height of pellets and flames, can be monitored by workers in the LK-TOSS IPLT through an android-based application.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperbaiki proses De-ashing pada reaktor gasifier yang selama ini dilakukan dengan cara manual dan dapat membahayakan kesehatan pekerja yang ada disana. Proses de-ashing pada reaktor gasifier diubah menjadi proses otomatisasi dengan alat pengaduk berbasis Arduino Uno yang menyesuaikan dengan nilai tinggi rendahnya pada pelet sampah. Pada alat de-ashing otomatis ini diterapkan logika Fuzzy untuk menentukan durasi diaktifkannya proses putaran pada de-ashing. Metode ini nantinya akan menentukan apakah durasi diaktifkannya de-ashin termasuk berdurasi singkat, lama, atau tidak aktif. Informasi mengenai tinggi rendahnya pelet dan nyala api, dapat dipantau oleh pekerja di IPLT LK-TOSS melalui aplikasi berbasis android.
