Abstract

Listrik adalah salah satu fondasi utama yang mendukung kehidupan manusia di era modern. Oleh karena itu, sebagai penyedia layanan energi listrik perlu menerapkan proses billing. Dimana agar terhindar kerugian akibat kesalahan pencatatan penggunaan listrik terhadap konsumen oleh kWh meter, dilakukan penggantian terhadap kWh meter yang rusak dan yang tua. Dilakukan analisis yang dilakukan yaitumengidentifikasi gangguan pada pelanggan dengan melihat histori penggunaan energi listrik pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Kerugian yang dialami pelanggan 1 sejak Januari 2023 hingga Juni 2023 Diperoleh data kWh sebelumpenggantian selama enam bulan rata-rata sebesar 52 kW perbulan dengan tagihan Rp 70.000 dan setelah penggantian mengalami peningkatan menjadi rata-rata penggunaan selama enam bulan sebesar 232 kW perbulan dengan tagihan Rp 313.664 perbulan. Dari data tersebut Pelanggan yang mengalami anomali pembacaan penggunaan energi listrik dilakukan penggantian kWh Meter. Untuk mencegah terjadinya anomali pembacaan maka dilakukakan penggantian kWh Meter yang sudah tua dalam hal ini kWh Meter yang berumur 10 hingga 15 tahun ke atas, dan Kerugian yang dialami olehPLN dari 10 pelanggan yang telah dilakukan penggantian yang telah dilakukan perhitungan sebesar Rp 9.966.261,60.

Electricity is one of the fundamental pillars supporting human life in the modern era. Therefore, as an electricity service provider, it is necessary to implement billing processes. Based on observations involving participation in the billing process at UP3 Ciracas, there are several obstacles to the billing process, including inaccurate kWh meter measurements due to aging factors and the process of mutation of kWh meter data when replaced. The condition at UP3 Ciracas has limited users. Therefore, the replacement of electric meters is considered a crucial step to help the community reduce high electricity bills. The method used is a quantitative method. The analysis conducted involves identifying disturbances in customers by examining the history of customers' electricity usage. The losses experienced by customer 1 from January 2023 to June 2023 showed data of kWh before replacement for an average of 52 kW per month with a bill of Rp 70,000. After replacement, there was an increase, with an average usage for six months of 232 kW per month and a bill of Rp 313,664 per month. This means that after the replacement of the kWh meter, there was a 22% change in usage and cost. From this data, customers experiencing anomalies in electricity usage readings underwent kWh meter replacement.To prevent anomalies in readings, the replacement of old kWh meters, particularly those aged 10 to 15 years ormore, is carried out. The losses incurred by PLN from the replacement of meters for10 customers have been calculated. Consumers, in turn, are required to pay theincurred losses to PLN, which, instead of being included in the monthly bills, must be paid in August.
