Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) 324 kWp di Mitra 10 Cibubur PT. X merupakan salah satu pembangkit listrik yang digunakan perusahaan untuk memasok daya pada beban perusahaan yang dihubungkan dengan grid PLN. Sistem PLTS 324 kWp yang dimiliki Mitra 10 Cibubur dari PT. X dibangun dan beroperasi sejak 2021 belum banyak diketahui kinerja dari sistemnya seperti performance ratio (PR) dan efisiensi. Maka perlu dilakukan perhitungan rasio performa dan efisiensi dari sistem PLTS nya agar dapat diketahui sistem operasi dan kendala yang terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai parameter perbaikan apabila PT. X akan membangun sebuah PLTS dan hal – hal yang dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi dan performance ratio (PR) dapat diatasi, sehingga sistem PLTS akan beroperasi lebih baik. Metode dari penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mangambil data langsung melalui sistem monitoring pada PLTS 324 kWp Mitra 10 oleh PT.X. Perhitungan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teoritis dan perhitungan dengan menggunakan software PVSyst. Dari hasil perhitungan teoritis didapatkan hasil efisiensi sebesar 2,97 % dan rasio performa sebesar 82,8%. Sedangkan hasil dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan software PVSyst 7.2 mendapatkan hasil efisiensi sebesar 21,05 % dan rasio performa sebesar 81,5 %. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi sebagai parameter kepada perusahaan-perusahaan yang mengembangkan dan menggunakan energi surya ini menjadi salah satu penyuplai sumber listriknya guna dapat meningkatkan kualitas dari PLTS yang dihasilkan.

The Solar Power Plant (PLTS) 324 kWp at Mitra 10 Cibubur PT. X is one of the power plants used by the company to supply power to the company's loads which are connected to the PLN grid. The 324 kWp PLTS system owned by Mitra 10 Cibubur from PT. X was built and operating since 2021. Not much is known about the performance of the system, such as performance ratio (PR) and efficiency. So it is necessary to calculate the performance and efficiency ratio of the PLTS system so that the operating system and the problems that occur can be identified. This research was conducted as a parameter for improvement if PT. X will build a PLTS and things that can affect efficiency and performance ratio (PR) can be addressed, so that the PLTS system will operate better. The method of this research was carried out by collecting data directly through the monitoring system at PLTS 324 kWp Mitra 10 by PT. Calculations can be done using theory and calculations using PVSyst software. From the results of theoretical calculations, the efficiency results were 2.79% and the performance ratio was 82.8%. Meanwhile, the results of calculations using PVSyst 7.2 software obtained efficiency results of 21.05% and a performance ratio of 81.5%. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide information as a parameter to companies that develop and use solar energy to become one of their electricity source suppliers in order to improve the quality of the PLTS produced.
