Abstract
Peningkatan penggunaan energi listrik di Indonesia menuntut perusahaan listrik untuk selalu siap dalam menyediakan dan mengaliri energi listrik dengan kualitas yang baik dan handal untuk melancarkan kehidupan negara dari kegiatan industri sampai kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat. Analisa keandalan distribusi 20 kV di area pelayanan PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Kuta bertujuan untuk menentukan baik buruknya pendistribusian energi listrik khususnya di daerah pariwisata dan komersial. Analisa indeks keandalan merupakan analisa keandalan sistem yang berdasarkan SAIDI (System Avarage Interruption Duration Index) dan SAIFI (System Avarage Interruption Frequency Index) milik penyulang . Hasil analisa pada Penyulang Uluwatu milik Gardu Induk Pecatu yang merupakan area pariwisata dan komersial di daerah Kuta Bali menunjukan nilai indeks keandalan dengan nilai SAIFI sebesar 1,166 dan nilai SAIDI sebesar 1,573. Berdasarkan hasil analisa keandalan sistem distribusi listrik Penyulang Uluwatu dikatakan buruk menurut Standar PLN nomor 59 tahun 1985 sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan seperti memasangkan fuse pada simulasi ETAP di jaringan listrik dimana gangguan keandalan dapat ditekan sebesar 7% dengan nilai SAIFI sebesar 1,084 dan nilai SAIDI sebesar 1,461 sehingga mendekati standar yang ditentukan.
The increasing use of electrical energy in Indonesia requires electricity companies to always be ready to provide and supply electrical energy with good quality and reliability to facilitate the country's life from industrial activities to people's daily activities. Analysis of the reliability of 20 kV distribution in the PT service area. PLN (Persero) ULP Kuta aims to determine the pros and cons of electrical energy distribution, especially in tourism and commercial areas. Reliability index analysis is a system reliability analysis based on the feeder's SAIDI (System Avarage Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Avarage Interruption Frequency Index). The results of the analysis on the Uluwatu Feeder belonging to the Pecatu Main Substation which is a tourism and commercial area in the Kuta area of Bali shows a reliability index value with a SAIFI value of 1.166 and a SAIDI value of 1.573. Based on the results of the reliability analysis of the Uluwatu Feeder electricity distribution system, it is said to be poor according to PLN Standard number 59 of 1985, so improvements need to be made such as installing fuses in ETAP simulations in the electricity network where reliability disturbances can be reduced by 7% with a SAIFI value of 1.084 and a SAIDI value of 1.461 so that approaching the specified standards.
