Pembangunan jalan tol Jakarta – Cikampek II Selatan khususnya pekerjaan borepile pada ramp 7 telah mengalami keterlambatan dalam waktu pelaksanaannya dikarenakan terdapat terdapat masalah teknis ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang menyebabkan gangguan atau penundaan kegiatan konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil earned value analysis dengan menggunakan microsoft project , mengetahui hasil kinerja proyek pada pekerjaan borepile ramp 7 dan juga mengetahui besar prakiraan biaya akhir proyek dan waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan borepile ramp 7. Adapaun hasil yang didapat menunjukkan pada bulan Februari tahun 2024 nilai SPI sebesar 0,70 dan n ilai CPI sebesar 1,17. Pada bulan Maret tahun 2024 nilai SPI sebesar 0,71 dan nilai CPI sebesar 1,17. Pada bulan April tahun 2024 nilai SPI sebesar 0,74 dan nilai CPI sebesar 1,18. Pada bulan Mei tahun 2024 nilai SPI sebesar 0,76 dan nilai CPI sebesar 1,18. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa , nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa SPI < 1 artinya, proyek sedang berjalan lebih lambat dari jadwal yang telah ditetapkan dan nilai ini menunjukkan CPI > 1 artinya biaya aktual yang telah dikeluarkan untuk pekerjaan yang telah selesai lebih rendah dari biaya yang dianggarkan.

The construction of the Jakarta – Cikampek II South toll road, especially the borepile work on ramp 7, has been delayed in its implementation time because there are technical problems found in the implementation of the work that cause disruption or delay in construction activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the results of earned value analysis using Microsoft Project, to find out the results of project performance on borepile ramp 7 work and also to know the estimated final cost of the project and the time needed to complete the borepile ramp 7 work. The results obtained show that in February 2024 the SPI value was 0.70 and the CPI was 1.17. In March 2024, the SPI value is 0.71 and the CPI value is 1.17. In April 2024, the SPI value is 0.74 and the CPI value is 1.18. In May 2024, the SPI value is 0.76 and the CPI value is 1.18. This indicates that this value indicates that the SPI < 1 means that the project is running later than the predetermined schedule and this value indicates that the CPI > 1 means that the actual cost that has been incurred for the completed work is lower than the budgeted cost.
