Dalam peroses Pembangunan proyek konstruksi akan dihadapkan dengan beragam permasalahan salah satunya yaitu change order atau pekerjaan tambah kurang akan akan menghasilkan amandemen kontrak. Pada proyek konstruksi sky house alam sutera phase 2 terdapat perubahan desain karena penyesuaian kondisi lapangan sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya change order. Change order akan mempengaruhi waktu proyek dan dapat merubah kontrak awal. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mencari penyebab terjadinya change order dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 5 orang pakar yang selanjutnya akan disebarkan ke 50 responden.nAnalisa data menggunakan softwer SPSS versi 24.0 Untuk mendapatkan analisis perhitungan menggunakan metode komperatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya change order pada proyek konstruksi sky house alam sutera + phase 2 , yaitu faktor konstruksi, faktor administrasi , dan faktor sumberdaya. Faktor dominan yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah faktor konstruksi.

In the construction process, construction projects will be faced with various problems, one of which is change orders or additional or less work will result in contract amendments. In the Alam Sutera Phase 2 sky house construction project, there were design changes due to adjustments to field conditions, causing change orders to occur. Change orders will affect project time and can change the initial contract. This research uses a quantitative method to find the causes of change orders by distributing questionnaires to 5 experts which will then be distributed to 50 respondents. Data analysis uses SPSS software version 24.0. To obtain calculation analysis using the comparative method. This research shows that there are 3 factors that influence the occurrence of change orders in the Alam Sutera + phase 2 sky house construction project, namely construction factors, administrative factors, and resource factors. The dominant factor obtained in this research is the construction factor.
