mahasiswa baru mendapatkan informasi secara cepat dan tanpa batasan Waktu hari kerja, pada aplikasi web ini juga digunakan text preprocessing untuk megekstrak kalimat pertanyaan yang dianggap penting serta menggunakan Fuzzy string matching sebagai peroses pencarian datarespon di database hasil dari menggunakan metode fuzzy string matching menghasilkan akurasi 84.6% dari 13 total pertanyaan yang diajukan sistem hanya dapat menjawab dengan benar sesuai dengan pertanyaan sebanyak 11 pertanyaan, dengan dibuatnya sistem ini diharapkan baik call center STT-PLN dan calon mahasiswa baru dapat dimudahkan mendapatkan dan penyampain informasi
