Education is one of the basic universal human rights. For each level of education, at the end of the learning process, an evaluation was typically carried out through examinations either verbally, written (in the form of either paper-based or computer-based and offline or online) or both. The problem to be faced by visually impaired student is the written exam requires to read the questions and write the answers. This study aims to proposed a novel concept of the test model with Yes-No answers for visual impairments students at elementary level by adopting EEG-based brain computer interface (BCI) technology at elementary level. Data EEG was recorded using Emotiv Epoc from a young man and for classification using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) with the accuracy 97.75%.
