The Technical High School of PLN (STT-PLN) in terms of determining the selection of supervisors and examiners has several assessment factors. The assessment factors consist of the location of the implementation of the activities, the performance of the lecturer, the lecturing craft and the benefits for the university. For the sake of work effectiveness in performance appraisal, appropriate decision making is needed. Therefore, software is made that can
make a decision to select lecturers. This software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to determine supervisors and examiners on the scheduling of tasks carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.

Problems in determining lecturers for final assignments are due to the large number of students, the large number of lecturers, examiners must match the field of expertise, and the time of preparation of examiners that make students
not fully prepared because they wait for manual processes such as selecting lecturers who have expertise according to the final trial college student. By using the AHP method so that students get relevant lecturers and examiners. The results of this study are the formation of applications for determining examiners and supervisors.

Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN ( STT-PLN) dalam hal menentukan penyeleksian dosen pembimbing dan dosen penguji memiliki beberapa faktor penilaian. Faktor penilaian tersebut terdiri dari lokasi pelaksaaan kegiatan, kinerja dosen, kerajinan dosen dan kemanfaatan untuk universitas. Demi efektifitas kerja dalam penilaian kinerja maka pengambilan keputusan yang tepat sangat diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah perangkat lunak yang dapat mengambil sebuah keputusan untuk menyeleksi dosen. Perangkat lunak ini dibangun dengan basis sistem pendukung keputusan yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menentukan dosen pembimbing dan penguji pada penjadwalan tugas yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Permasalahan yang terdapat dalam penentuan dosen untuk keperluan tugas akhir dikarenakan jumlah mahasiswa banyak, jumlah dosen banyak, penguji harus sesuai bidang keahlian, serta waktu penyusunan penguji yang membuat mahasiswa tidak memiliki kesiapan penuh karena menunggu proses manual seperti pemilihan dosen yang mempunyai keahlian sesuai judul sidang akhir mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP sehingga mahasiswa mendapatkan dosen pembimbing dan dosen penguji yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya aplikasi penentu dosen penguji dan pembimbing.
