Abstract
Sungai Ciliwung merupakan salah satu sungai yang melintasi wilayah Kota Jakarta. Sungai Ciliwung yang melintasi banyak pemukiman penduduk seringkali dikaitkan dengan masalah banjir yang terjadi salah satunya di Kelurahan Bidara Cina. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kapasitas Sungai Ciliwung di sepanjang Kelurahan Bidara Cina. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa curah hujan harian selama 10 tahun dari 3 stasiun, data potongan memanjang dan melintang Sungai Ciliwung. Debit rencana dihitung menggunakan metode HSS Nakayasu dengan berbagai kala ulang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan debit kala ulang Q10 sebesar 409,336 m3/det, Q25 sebesar 472,330 m3/det, dan Q50 sebesar 518,466 m3/det. Analisis kapasitas sungai dilakukan menggunakan Hec-Ras, diketahui bahwa Sungai Ciliwung tidak mampu menampung banjir hingga kala ulang 50 tahun. Terdapat 32 titik yang mengalami banjir yaitu pada STA 7 + 49,816 hingga STA 5 + 444,983 dan STA 5 + 349,038. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemasangan tanggul berupa dinding parapet agar sungai mampu menampung debit banjir hingga kala ulang 50 tahun.
The Ciliwung River is one of the rivers that traverser the Jakarta area. The Ciliwung River, which passes through many residential areas, is often associated with flooding issues, particularly in Bidara Cina Village. The purpose of this study is to assess the capacity of the Ciliwung River along Bidara Cina Village. This study uses secondary data, including daily rainfall over a 10-year period from 3 statios, as well as longitudinal and cross sectional data of the Ciliwung River. The design discharge is calculated using the Nakayasu HSS method with various return periods. The analysis results show that the discharge for a 10-year return period Q10 is 409,336 m3/s, for a 25-year return period Q25 is 472,330 m3/, and for a 50-year return period Q50 is 518,466 m3/s. The river capacity analysis was conducted using HEC-RAS, revealing that the Ciliwung River is unable to accommodate floods up to a 50-year return period. There are 32 flood-prone points, particularly from STA 5 + 949,535 to STA 5 + 444,983 and STA 5 + 349,038. Therefore, the installation of embankments in the form of parapet walls is necessaey to enable the river to accommodate flood discharge up to a 50-year return period.
