Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas perhitungan waktu mati (dead time) dan reclaim time dalam sistem proteksi kelistrikan, khususnya pada aplikasi pola Single Pole Auto Reclose (SPAR). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa waktu mati minimum tanpa de-ionisasi udara adalah 101 ms, sedangkan dengan de-ionisasi udara, waktu mati meningkat menjadi 200 ms. Dengan penambahan margin keselamatan sesuai standar PLN sebesar ± 4-5 ms, diperoleh nilai pengaturan waktu mati dengan de-ionisasi udara sebesar 0,8 detik. Selain itu, perhitungan waktu proteksi untuk proses trip dan lock out serta waktu mekanik pemutus tenaga (PMT) dalam pola open-close-open (O-C-O) menghasilkan nilai 4 detik, sesuai dengan standar PLN. Studi ini juga menganalisis kinerja sistem Auto Reclose dalam mendeteksi gangguan, yang merupakan aspek krusial dalam menentukan efisiensi dan keandalan sistem proteksi. Berdasarkan data gangguan yang terjadi selama periode Januari hingga Juli, variasi jenis gangguan berhasil diidentifikasi dan diatasi dengan sistem Auto Reclose, menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan keandalan jaringan kelistrikan.
This study discusses the calculation of dead time and reclaim time in electrical protection systems, particularly in the application of the Single Pole Auto Reclose (SPAR) pattern. The calculation results indicate that the minimum dead time without air de-ionization is 101 ms, while with air de-ionization, the dead time increases to 200 ms. By adding a safety margin according to PLN standards of ± 4-5 ms, the dead time setting with air deionization is obtained at 0.8 seconds.Additionally, the calculation of protection time for the trip and lockout process as well as the mechanical time of the circuit breaker (PMT) in the open-close-open (O-C-O) pattern yields a value of 4 seconds, in accordance with PLN standards. This study also analyzes the performance of the Auto Reclose system in detecting faults, which is a crucial aspect in determining the efficiency and reliability of the protection system. Based on fault data that occurred during the period from January to July, various types of faults were successfully identified and addressed with the Auto Reclose system, demonstrating that this system is capable of enhancing the reliability of the electrical network.
