Penerapan sistem manajeman keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sangat diperlukan guna meningkatkan safety culture pada pekerja. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh SMK3 dalam meningkatkan safety culture pada Proyek Bethsaida Hospital Serang. Dari studi kasus di proyek Betsaida Hospital Serang dapat disimpulkan dapat diperoleh suatu hubungan yang positif yang sangat signifikan antara SMK3 dengan safety culture, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai korelasi faktor SMK3 sebesar 0,943. Faktor SMK3 memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap Safety Culture pada proyek Bethsaida Hospital Serang. Faktor SMK3 berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap Safety Culture pada proyek Bethsaida Hospital Serang sebesar 88,9%. Dari pembahasan masalah dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan SMK3 akan meningkatkan safety culture pada pekerja di proyek Betsaida Hospital.

Implementing an occupational safety and health management system is very necessary to improve safety culture among workers. This skripsi aims to find out how big the influence of occupational safety and health management is in improving safety culture at the Bethsaida Hospital Serang Project. From the case study at the Betsaida Hospital Serang project, it can be concluded that a very significant positive relationship can be obtained between with safety culture, this is shown by the correlation value of the factor of 0.943.
