Abstract
Transformator adalah mesin listrik yang dapat mentransformasikan energi listrik dari suatu rangkaian listrik ke rangkaian listrik lainnya melalui gandengan magnet berdasarkan prinsip induksi magnet. Kualitas minyak transformator dapat menurun seiringian waktu karena beberapa faktor, seperti. Penuaan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas minyak transformator terhadap efisiensi transformator. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi secara komprehensif kualitas minyak dan kinerja transformator di GI 1 Cawang Baru melalui analisis multi-parameter. Hasil Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) mengungkapkan konsentrasi hidrogen (H₂) 35,2488 ppm dan karbon monoksida (CO) 588,12 ppm, dengan Total Dissolved Combustible Gas (TDCG) berada dalam kategori memuaskan. Namun, kadar air terdeteksi melebihi ambang batas 30 ppm, berkorelasi dengan peningkatan tingkat keasaman hingga 0,1023 mg KOH/g. Tegangan antarmuka yang rendah (20,59 mN/m) mengindikasikan kontaminasi signifikan. Analisis furan menunjukkan degradasi isolasi kertas yang mengkhawatirkan, dengan 2-Furaldehyde (2FAL) mencapai 3.641,94 µg/L, Degree of Polymerization (DP) 286,91, dan Equivalent Percentage Remaining Life (EPRL) hanya 26,04%. Pengujian Tan Delta pada ketiga sisi transformator menghasilkan Dissipation Factor antara 0,6037% hingga 0,8345%, dengan rugi daya tertinggi 23720,00 mW pada sisi tersier. Meskipun beberapa parameter masih dalam batas toleransi, tren degradasi yang teridentifikasi mengindikasikan perlunya strategi pemeliharaan yang lebih agresif. Penelitian ini menyoroti urgensi implementasi sistem pemantauan real-time dan pendekatan prediktif dalam manajemen aset transformator untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja dan memperpanjang masa pakai peralatan.
A transformer is an electrical machine capable of transforming electrical energy from one electrical circuit to another through magnetic coupling based on the principle of magnetic induction. The quality of transformer oil can deteriorate over time due to several factors, such as aging. This study analyzes the impact of transformer oil quality on transformer efficiency. The research comprehensively evaluates the oil quality and transformer performance at GI 1 Cawang Baru through multi-parameter analysis. The results of the Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) revealed a hydrogen (H₂) concentration of 35.2488 ppm and carbon monoxide (CO) of 588.12 ppm, with the Total Dissolved Combustible Gas (TDCG) falling within a satisfactory category. However, the moisture content detected exceeded the 30 ppm threshold, correlating with an increased acidity level up to 0.1023 mg KOH/g. A low interfacial tension (20.59 mN/m) indicated significant contamination. Furan analysis showed alarming paper insulation degradation, with 2- Furaldehyde (2FAL) reaching 3,641.94 µg/L, Degree of Polymerization (DP) at 286.91, and Equivalent Percentage Remaining Life (EPRL) at only 26.04%. Tan Delta testing on all three transformer sides produced a Dissipation Factor ranging from 0.6037% to 0.8345%, with the highest power loss recorded at 23,720.00 mW on the tertiary side. Although some parameters are still within tolerance limits, the identified degradation trends indicate the need for a more aggressive maintenance strategy. This study highlights the urgency of implementing real-time monitoring systems and predictive approaches in transformer asset management to optimize performance and extend equipment life.
