Abstract

Sistem Shore Connection adalah sistem yang menghubungkan kapal dengan jaringan listrik di darat. Pada sistem ini terdapat komponen static frequency converter yang tergolong komponen penyumbang harmonisa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak pemasangan Shore Connection terhadap harmonisa sistem kelistrikan di Pelabuhan Khusus PLTU 4 x 660 MW. Metodologi penelitian meliputi simulasi harmonisa sebelum dan sesudah pemasangan filter harmonisa, serta analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak simulasi kelistrikan ETAP 12.6.0. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) pada bus 16 sebesar 28,81% dan bus 17 sebesar 28,82%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan tingkat harmonisa setelah pemasangan Shore Connection, yang melebihi standar toleransi harmonisa IEC/ISO/IEEE 80005-1 pada sistem Shore Connection yaitu THD lebih dari 5%, serta dapat mempengaruhi kinerja peralatan listrik dan kualitas daya di pelabuhan. Untuk menekan peningkatan harmonisa ini, filter passive single tuned, merupakan filter yang digunakan untuk meredam harmonisa tersebut, sehingga sesuai dengan standar IEC /ISO/IEEE 80005-1. Dengan penggunaan filter passive single tuned, telah meredam THD pada bus 16 sebesar 3,89% dan bus 17 sebesar 3,90%.

The Shore Connection system is a system that connects ships to the power grid on land. In this system, there is a static frequency converter component which is classified as a harmonic contributing component. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of the installation of Shore Connection on the harmonization of the electricity system in the Special Port of PLTU 4 x 660 MW. The research methodology includes harmonic simulation before and after the installation of harmonic filter, as well as data analysis using ETAP 12.6.0 electrical simulation software. The simulation results showed that the Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) value on bus 16 was 28.81% and bus 17 was 28.82%. The results of the study show that there is an increase in the harmonization level after the installation of the Shore Connection, which exceeds the IEC/ISO/IEEE 80005-1 harmonization tolerance standard in the Shore Connection system , which is THD by more than 5%, and can affect the performance of electrical equipment and power quality in the port. To suppress this increase in harmonics, a passive single tuned filter, is a filter used to dampen the harmonics, so that it complies with the IEC/ISO/IEEE 80005-1 standard. With the use of a single tuned passive filter, it has reduced THD on bus 16 by 3.89% and bus 17 by 3.90%.
