Abstract
Energi listrik memainkan peran vital dalam kehidupan manusia, namun masih didominasi oleh sumber tak terbarukan seperti batu bara dan minyak bumi yang berdampak negatif pada sumber daya, kesehatan, dan lingkungan. PT Argha Karya Prima Industri yang bergerak di industri flexible packaging berencana memasang PLTS atap di line produksi untuk mengurangi ketergantungan listrik PLN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas perancangan sistem PLTS yang dapat diterapkan pada line produksi dengan membandingkan sistem On Grid dan Off Grid dari segi teknis dan ekonomis. Analisis teknis meliputi penentuan PV Area, kapasitas PLTS, spesifikasi dan rangkaian komponen, serta daya yang dibangkitkan. Analisis ekonomi meliputi biaya investasi awal, biaya energi, dan kelayakan investasi. Energi yang dihasilkan PLTS pada Line Produksi per hari sebesar 22.341,053 kWh dan kapasitas daya PV sebesar 4.615,92 kWp yang terdiri dari 6411 modul berkapasitas 720 Wp per modul. PLTS hanya menopang daya sebesar 6,178% dan energi yang dapat disalurkan sebesar 5,37% dari kebutuhan beban line produksi. Berdasarkan perhitungan ekonomi, investasi awal perencanaan PLTS On Grid sebesar Rp42.991.412.800,- dan PLTS Off Grid sebesar Rp151.411.412.800,-. Biaya energi yang dihasilkan oleh PLTS On Grid sebesar Rp586,287,-/kWh dan PLTS Off Grid sebesar Rp2.730,45,-/kWh, sehingga PLTS On Grid layak diterapkan.
Electrical energy plays a vital role in human life, but is still dominated by non-renewable sources such as coal and petroleum which have a negative impact on resources, health and the environment. PT Argha Karya Prima Industri, which operates in the flexible packaging industry, plans to install rooftop PLTS on its production line to reduce dependence on PLN electricity. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of PLTS system design that can be applied to production lines by comparing On Grid and Off Grid systems from a technical and economic perspective. Technical analysis includes determining the PV Area, PLTS capacity, specifications and component series, as well as the power generated. Economic analysis includes initial investment costs, energy costs, and investment feasibility. The energy produced by PLTS on the Production Line per day is 22,341.0528 kWh and the daily PV output power for 24 hour use is 930.8772 kW consisting of 6411 modules with a capacity of 720 Wp. PLTS only supports 6.178% of the power and the energy that can be distributed is 5.37% of the production line load requirements. Based on economic calculations, the initial investment for planning PLTS On Grid is IDR 42.991.412.800 and PLTS Off Grid is IDR 151.411.412.800. The cost of energy produced by On Grid PLTS is IDR 586,287/kWh and Off Grid PLTS is IDR 2.730,45/kWh, so On Grid PLTS is feasible to implement.
