Abstract
Dalam menjaga keandalan saluran transmisi diperlukan adanya perubahan skema terhadap relay proteksi existing. Terutama pada saluran hybrid pada bay penghantar GIS Priok Barat- Kemayoran. Untuk mengetahui keandalan sistem proteksi tersebut dilakukan skema sistem proteksi gangguan dengan simulasi koordinasi relay jarak pada bay penghantar SUTT-SKTT Priok Barat – Kemayoran diperlukan adanya simulasi hubung singkat dengan bantuan Digsilent. Software Digsilent digunakan sebagai proses dalam mengkalkulasi dan koordinasi dari relay distance. Dalam proses simulasi hubung singkat, nilai perbandingan dengan jarak 0.44km, 1.1km, 2.2 km, dan 3.3km menghasilkan besarnya nilai arus hubung singkat yang berbanding lurus dengan jarak arus gangguan. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi tersebut, didapatkan hasil perhitungan impedansi jangkauan sesuai data kabel penghantar relay jarak didapatkan di GIS Priok Barat ; zona 1 : (1.518) Ω, zona 2 : (2.277) Ω, zona 3 : (6.24) Ω dan relay jarak pada GI Kemayoran zona 1: (0.883) Ω, zona 2: (1.324) Ω, zona 3: (2 3.047 4) Ω. Serta dengan waktu pemutusan zona 1: (0.02s ), zona 2: (0.42s) , zona 3: (1.62s).
In maintaining the reliability of the transmission line, it is necessary to change the scheme to the existing protection relay. Especially on the hybrid channel in the GIS Priok BaratKemayoran transmission bay. To determine the reliability of the protection system, a disturbance protection system scheme is carried out with a distance relay coordination simulation in the SUTT-SKTT Priok Barat - Kemayoran transmission bay. A short circuit simulation is needed with the help of Digsilent. Digsilent software is used as a process in calculating and coordinating the distance relay. In the short circuit simulation process, the comparison value with a distance of 0.44 km, 1.1 km, 2.2 km, and 3.3 km produces a large short circuit current value that is directly proportional to the distance of the fault current. Based on the simulation results, the results of the calculation of the range impedance according to the distance relay transmission cable data obtained at GIS Priok Barat; zone 1: (1.518) Ω, zone 2: (2.277) Ω, zone 3: (6.24) Ω and distance relay at GI Kemayoran zone 1: (0.883) Ω, zone 2: (1.324) Ω, zone 3: (2 3.047 4) Ω. And with the disconnection time of zone 1: (0.02s), zone 2: (0.42s), zone 3: (1.62s)
