Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan pengujian prototipe drone pixhawk. Langkahlangkah yang dilakukan mencakup perakitan frame, pemasangan motor dengan ESC, penyolderan ESC pada PDB, pemasangan flight controller drone menggunakan software mission planner. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap komponen drone, termasuk motor, tegangan baterai, serta daya tahan baterai. Mission planner efektif dalam membantu konfigurasi drone. Penggunaan software ini meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengembangan drone, hal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam berbagai bidang misi dengan meminimalkan risiko bagi petugas dan meningkatkan respon terhadap situasi dan kondisi. Dalam penelitian ini, drone diuji pada berbagai ketinggian dan hasilnya divisualisasikan menggunakan software google earth pro untuk melihat realisasi data longitude, latitude, roll, pitch, yaw, dan altitude. Penggunaan software google earth pro memungkinkan analisis data penerbangan dengan visualisasi 2D dan 3D, yang mempermudah interpretasi hasil uji penerbangan. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan drone ini menawarkan solusi inovatif dalam melakukan misi secara efisien dan aman bagi petugas.

This research focuses on the design and testing of a pixhawk drone prototype. The steps include frame assembly, motor installation with ESC, soldering the ESC to the PDB, and installing the drone's flight controller using Mission Planner software. Tests were conducted on the drone's components, including motors, battery voltage, and battery endurance. Mission Planner proved effective in assisting with the drone's configuration. The use of this software enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of drone development, which is expected to contribute significantly to various mission fields by minimizing risks for personnel and improving response to situations and conditions. In this study, the drone was tested at various altitudes, and the results were visualized using Google Earth Pro software to observe the realization of data on longitude, latitude, roll, pitch, yaw, and altitude. The use of Google Earth Pro software enabled flight data analysis with 2D and 3D visualization, facilitating the interpretation of flight test results. In conclusion, the development of this drone offers an innovative solution for conducting missions efficiently and safely for personnel.
