Abstract

Gardu Induk Gandamekar telah terjadi 3 kali gangguan pada PMT sistem penggerak pneumatik pada tahun 2023. Pada penghantar Cikarang Lippo 2 terdapat PMT sistem penggerak pneumatik yang telah beroperasi dari tahun 1995 yang sudah jarang ditemukan dan cukup tua. Oleh karena itu dilakukan kajian kelayakan pada PMT meliputi tekanan udara, kerja motor kompresor, thermovisi, tahanan isolasi, tahanan kontak dan keserempakan kontak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui kelayakan PMT. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini membandingkan hasil analisa data dengan standar SK DIR No.0520-2.K/Dir/2014. Tekanan udara pada periode April 2024 tertinggi 1.8 MPa, terrendah 1.71 MPa dan 1.783 MPa perhari standar 1.95 MPa perhari. Kerja motor kompresor pada periode April 2024 tertinggi 144 menit, terrendah 18 menit dan 29.2 menit/hari standar 28 menit/hari. Thermovisi masih layak tetapi pada fasa S terminal atas dilakukan pemantauan secara berkala. Tahanan isolasi >150 MΩ dan

In 2023, Gandamekar Substation experienced three issues with the CB pneumatic drive system. The Cikarang Lippo 2 feeder has a rare and old. CB system operating since 1995, prompting a feasibility study. The study aimed to assess the CB’s viability by analyzing air pressure, compressor motor operation, thermovisi, insulation resistance, contact resistance, and contact simultaneity, comparing the results with the SK DIR No.0520- 2.K/Dir/2014 standard. In April 2024, the average daily air pressure was 1.783 MPa, with a minimum of 1.71 MPa and a maximum of 1.8 MPa, against a standard of 1.95 MPa. Compressor motor work averaged 29.2 minutes/day, with a standard of 28 minutes/day. Thermovision remained viable, but the S phase upper pole requires regular monitoring. Insulation resistance was > 150 MΩ and < 150 mA. Contact resistances on the R and T phases were 56 µΩ and 57 µΩ, potentially causing 0.56 watt and 0.57 watt losses. Contact simultaneity had a ∆t of 3.95 ms during opening and 5.15 ms during closing. Based on air pressure, compressor motor operation, contact resistance and 29 years of operation, it is recommended to replace the CB.
