Abstract

Transportasi merupakan instrumen penting dalam perkembangan suatu negara, dimana transportasi berperan penting untuk kesenjangan sosial karena dengan transportasi memudahkan interaksi masyarakat antar kota maupun antar provinsi. Namun dua tahun sudah Indonesia menghadapi pandemi Covid-19, kondisi ini tentunya mengganggu seluruh tatanan yang ada terutama tatanan dibidang transportasi. Akibat dari wabah tersebut, bukan hanya berdampak pada kesehatan saja namun sektor transportasi juga ikut terkena dampaknya terlebih lagi pada saat pemerintah menghimbau untuk membatasi seluruh aktifitas di luar ruangan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut perlu ditinjau untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan manajemen strategi untuk mengembalikan eksistensi pelaku bisnis di sektor transportasi pasca pandemi Covid-19. Dari hasil analisis yang dilalukan, penerapan manajemen strategi yang dilakukan PO Sinar Jaya, Pahala kencana dan Haryanto selama pandemi berdampak positif terhadap omset yang didapatkan. omset yang didapatkan PO Sinar Jaya selama pandemi sebesar Rp 31.000.000 dan omset PO Pahala Kencana sebesar Rp 32.000.000. Omset tertinggi ada pada PO Haryanto yang meraup keuntungan sebesar Rp 34.500.000/bulan selama pandemi. Dengan total biaya operasional kendaraan masing-masing sebesar, PO Sinar Jaya Rp 26.086.000, PO Pahala Kencana Rp 45.800.000 dan PO Haryanto Rp 71.400.000

Transportation is an important instrument in the development of a country, where transportation is important for the social community because transportation facilitates interaction between cities and between provinces. However, for two years, Indonesia has mainly faced the Covid-19 pandemic, this condition will certainly disrupt the entire existing order in the transportation sector. The impact of the outbreak, not only has an impact on health, but the transportation sector is also further involved when the government calls for limiting all outdoor activities. Based on the description, it is necessary to review to overcome these problems. Therefore, strategic management is needed to restore the existence of business people in the transportation sector after the Covid-19 pandemic. From the results of the analysis carried out, the implementation of strategic management carried out by PO Sinar Jaya, Pahala Kencana and Haryanto during the pandemic had a positive impact on the turnover obtained. The turnover obtained by PO Sinar Jaya during the pandemic was Rp. 31,000,000 and the turnover of PO Pahala Kencana was Rp. 32,000,000. The highest turnover is in PO Haryanto which reaps a profit of Rp 34,500,000/month during the pandemic. With a total operating cost of each vehicle, Sinar Jaya PO Rp 26,086,000, Pahala Kencana PO Rp 45,800,000 and Haryanto PO Rp 71.400.000
