State-owned Property is part of the central government assets which includes the elements of fixed assets and current assets in the form of inventories. Inventories in the form of goods or equipment intended to support the government operational activities. At the Communication and Information Technology Ministry of Directorate General of Post and Information Technology, the Equipment Section at the General and Personnel Section is responsible for
managing the inventory of stationary office tools items for office activities. The problem faced are the process of demanding and archiving the transactions which are still manual, it makes the office activity process inefficient. This thesis will design and build an inventory system application of goods demands by using the Association Rule method with Apriori Algorithm. The Apriori Algorithm will help to find the set item which has been determined its minimum value. Then the calculation process will be processed to find out the support and confidence values that will result in association rules.
The results of this study are to display the data details of goods purchase prediction based on the types to facilitate the process of goods demands at Ministry of Communication and Information Technology's office.

Barang Milik Negara merupakan bagian dari aset pemerintah pusat yang meliputi unsur-unsur aset tetap dan Aset lancar berupa persediaan. Persediaan dalam bentuk barang atau perlengkapan yang dimaksudkan untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional pemerintah. Di Kementerian KOMINFO Direktorat Jenderal Penyelenggaran Pos dan Informatika Bagian Perlengkapan di Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian bertugas mengelola inventori barang ATK guna kegiatan kantor. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah proses permintaan dan mengarsipan transaksi yang masih manual membuat proses kegiatan kantor menjadi tidak efisien. Skripsi ini akan merancang dan membangun aplikasi sistem inventori permintaan barang menggunakan metode Association Rule dengan menggunakan algoritma apriori. Algoritma Apriori akan membantu menemukan itemset yang telah ditentukan minimal nilainya. Kemudian akan diproses perhitungan mencari nilai support dan confidencenya yang akan menghasilkan aturan asosiasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menampilkan rincian data peramalan pembelian barang berdasarkan jenisnya agar memudahkan proses permintaan barang di perkantoran KOMINFO.
