Abstract
Telkom Regional VI Kalimantan merupakan kawasan perkantoran yang terdiri dari beberapa gedung Telkom Group dan di catu oleh sumber listrik PLN 865 kVA. Untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi penggunaan energi listrik, optimalIsasi sistem pencahayaan, serta mengetahui kualitas energi dan tindakan yang dapat dilakukan agar meningkatkan optimalisasi dan efisiensi, maka dilakukan Analisa melaui Konservasi serta Audit Energi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada sistem pencahyaan ditemukan sebagian besar intensitas pencahyaan lampu masih dibawah standar (<350 lm/m2 ) dan dapat dioptimalkan dengan menambah pencahyaan dengan kebutuhan daya tambahan 7.603 Watt. Hasil perhitungan Dentitas daya lampu tidak melebihi standar maksimal ruang kerja gedung perkantoran yaitu 7,53 Watt/m2 . Kualitas faktor daya penggunaan energi mencapai 0.9 (bagus). namun terdapat ketidak seimbangan beban senilai 4% dengan IN sebesar 26,65 A .Nilai IKE setelah dilakukan Optimalisasi pada pencahyaan, penggantian lampu konevensional ke LED dan pengaturan jam nyala AC VRV adalah 8.2 kWh/Bulan/m2 (sangat Efisien)
Telkom Regional VI Kalimantan is an office area with several Telkom Group buildings, powered by a PLN electricity source with a capacity of 865 kVA. To determine the efficiency level of electric energy use, optimize the lighting system, and assess the energy quality and actions that can be taken to enhance optimization and efficiency, an Analyze was conducted through Conservation and Energy Audits. Based on the research results, it was found that the lighting system's intensity in most areas was below the standard (<350 lm/m²) and could be optimized by adding lighting with an additional power requirement of 7,603 Watts. The calculation results show that the lighting power density does not exceed the maximum standard for the office building, which is 7.53 Watts/m². The power factor quality of energy use reached 0.9 (good). However, there was a load imbalance of 4%, with IN at 26.65 A. The Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) value after optimizing the lighting, replacing conventional lamps with LEDs, and adjusting the operating hours of the VRV AC was 8.2 kWh/Month/m² (very efficient).
