Pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan jalan tol Cinere – Jagorawi Seksi III, tidak luput dari pengerjaan pengecoran untuk perkerasan jalan (Rigid Pavement). Pekerjaan pengecoran ini dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu menggunakan metode konvensional (manual) dan menggunkan metode Paver Wirgen. Pada penelitian penulis ingin membandingkan antara Produktivitas dan Efisiensi pada pekerjaan Rigid Pavement, yang dimana terdapat berbagai perbedaan di antara lain perbedaan mulai dari lama pekerjaan, alat yang digunakan, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan biaya. Dari hasil penelitian perbandingan Produktivitas dan Efisiensi pekerjaan Rigid Pavement pada proyek jalan tol Cinere – Jagorawi Seksi III, maka dapat di ambil beberapa kesimpulan bahwa Paver Wirgen lebih Produktif pada pekerjaan per jam sebesar 20,355 m3/jam atau 25,868 %. Paver Wirgen lebih Produktif pada pekerjaan per tenaga kerja per jam sebesar 1,413m3/orang /jam atau 22,786 %. Paver Wirgen lebih Produktif Pekerjaan per tenaga kerja per jam sebesar sebesar 1,413m3/orang/jam atau 22,786 %. Paver Wirgen lebih Efisien sebesar Rp.95,579/m3 beton Atau 97,417 %.

The implementation of the Cinere - Jagorawi toll road construction project Section III, does not escape the work of casting for road pavement (Rigid Pavement). This casting work is carried out using two methods, namely using the conventional method (manual) and using the Paver Wirgen method. Paver Wirgen is more productive at work per worker by 20.355 m3/ per hour by 1.413m3/person/hour or 22.786%. Paver Wirgen is more productive.
