Abstract

Gangguan yang terjadi dapat memutus aliran listrik pada saluran, terutama gangguan yang tidak dapat diperbaiki sendiri oleh sistem, sehingga saluran tidak dapat beroperasi. Gangguan yang terjadi di GIS Miniatur 150 kV menyebabkan kerusakan peralatan listrik yaitu retakan pada konduktor. Hal ini membuat sistem tidak dapat dioperasikan sementara selama proses pergantian peralatan baru. Dibutuhkan waktu sekitar ±3 bulan agar sistem dapat berjalan seperti semula. Agar saluran tetap beroperasi selama pemadaman pada GIS Miniatur, maka di lakukan jumper bypass dari GIS Pondok Kelapa ke GIS Gandaria. Akibat adanya perubahan konfigurasi saluran, akan terdapat perubahan setting relai proteksi pada saluran transmisi. Sehingga perlu dilakukan setting ulang relai jarak pada GIS Pondok Kelapa - Gandaria. Sistem proteksi utama yang digunakan pada GIS Pondok Kelapa - Gandaria adalah Relai Jarak. Karena GIS Gandaria merupakan sirkit radial dimana tidak terdapat saluran 150 kV setelahnya, maka jangkauan zona relai jarak hanya mencakup zona 1 dan zona 2 saja. Untuk zona 3 dapat diabaikan. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan, di dapat setting relai jarak pada sisi 1 Pondok Kelapa - Gandaria sebesar zona 1 = 3,3056Ω dengan t1= 0 detik dan zona 2 = 5,95008Ω dengan t2= 0,4 detik.

The fault can cut off the electricity on the transmission line, mainly the fault that can’t be fix itself, causing disfunctioning transmission line. The fault in GIS Miniatur on 150 kV cause damage to electrical equipment that is cracks on the conductor. This makes the system unable to be operated temporarily during the process of changing new equipment. It takes about ± 3 months for the system to run as before. For the transmission line to be able to keep functioning during the outage of the GIS Miniatur, a jumper bypass was carried out from GIS Pondok Kelapa to GIS Gandaria. Due to configuration changed, there will be a change of the protection relay settings on the transmission line. So it needs to be done to reset the distance relay on Pondok Kelapa - Gandaria. The main protection system in GIS Pondok Kelapa - Gandaria is the Distance Relay. Because GIS Gandaria is a radial circuit so there is not transmission line 150 kV after that, the range of the distance relay zone only covers zone 1 and zone 2 only. For zone 3 it can be ignored. After the calculation, the distance relay setting on the 1 side of Pondok Kelapa - Gandaria can be set as zone 1 = 3.3056Ω with t1 = 0 seconds and zone 2 = 5.95008Ω with t2 = 0.4 seconds.
