Abstract
Keterlambatan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi yaitu terlewatnya waktu penyelesaian suatu pekerjaan dari waktu yang telah ditentukan sehingga mengakibatkan beberapa kegiatan menjadi tertunda dan tidak selesai tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal rencana. Proyek yang mengalami keterlambatan dapat diatasi dengan melakukan percepatan dengan metode crashing. Pada penelitian ini akan menganalisis biaya dan percepatan penyelesaian pekerjaan road diversion pada Proyek Bandara Dhoho Kediri – Jawa Timur fase 1 menggunakan alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja dan jam lembur. Total upah tenaga kerja dalam kondisi normal ialah sebesar Rp113.680.000,00 dengan durasi pekerjaan 40 hari. Pada saat mempercepat durasi 10% upah penambahan tenaga kerja bertambah 0,49% dan penambahan jam lembur bertambah 16%, saat durasi dipercepat 16% total upah penambahan tenaga kerja bertambah 0,94% dan penambahan jam lembur bertambah 37,55% , saat durasi dipercepat 21,88% total upah penambahan tenaga kerja menjadi bertambah 1,172% dan penambahan jam lembur bertambah 55,12% dan pada saat durasi dipercepat sebesar 27,19% total upah penambahan tenaga kerja bertambah 1,4% dan penambahan jam lembur bertambah 71,13%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa alternatif yang lebih ekonomis untuk menyelesaikan proyek yaitu dengan penambahan tenaga kerja.
Delay in construction project work is the delay in the completion of a work from a predetermined time, resulting in several activities being delayed and not completed on time according to the planned schedule. Projects that experience delays can be overcome by accelerating with the crashing method. In this study, we will analyze the cost and acceleration of the completion of road diversion work at the Dhoho Kediri Airport - East Java Project phase 1 using alternative additional labor and overtime hours. The total wage for workers under normal conditions is Rp. 113,680,000.00 with a work duration of 40 days. At the time of accelerating the duration of 10% additional labor wages increased 0.49% and additional hours of overtime increased by 16%, when the duration was accelerated 16% the total wages for additional labor increased 0.94% and additional hours of overtime increased by 37.55%, when the duration accelerated by 21.88%, the total wages for additional workers increased by 1.172% and additional hours of overtime increased by 55.12% and when the duration was accelerated by 27.19%, the total wages for additional workers increased by 1.4% and additional hours of overtime increased by 71, 13%. So it can be concluded that a more economical alternative to completing the project is by adding labor.
