This thesis discusses the design of applications Web-based Bond Retail On PT. Mega Capital securitas of the methods used in this study is to recommend a bond retail using TOPSIS for tickets buy everyweek that will sell. Varabel used to recommend the tickets buy bond retail everyweek is the Bond Price, coupon, YTM Gross, YTM Net, and Current Yield. The data used are the data of the product. The application of bond retail this using method as the waterfall software development system. Data collection is carried out by means of interviews, observation and study of literature. The result of the research of the application of bond retail Based on the testing of products bond bond criteria price, coupon, YTM YTM gross, net, and current yield obtained as a result of the bond product recommendations to date, the results are sorted by the total value of bank products i.e. tertinngi and Central Java
have results 0.92 with the status "most recommended", TINSIJ products have the results with the status of "most 0.72 recommendations", TPSF products have a 0.34 results with the status "no recommendation" and have the results PNBNIJ 0.21 with the status "no recommendation".

Skripsi ini membahas Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Bond Retail Berbasis Web Pada PT. Mega Capital Sekuritas Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah TOPSIS unruk merekomendasikan bond retail ticket buy per minggu yang akan
dujualkan. Varabel yang digunakan untuk merekomendasikan bond retail ticket buy per minggu adalah Bond Price, Coupon, YTM Gross, YTM Net, dan Current Yield. Data yang digunakan adalah data dari product bond. Aplikasi bond retail ini menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai sistem pengembangan perangkat lunak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian aplikasi bond retail Berdasarkan dari pengujian produk bond dengan kriteria bond price, coupon, YTM gross, YTM net, dan current yield didapatkan hasil rekomendasi produk bond untuk saat ini,diurutkan berdasarkan hasil nilai total tertinngi yaitu produk bank jateng memiliki hasil 0,92 dengan status “paling direkomendasikan”, produk TINSIJ memiliki hasil 0,72 dengan status “paling rekomendasi”, produk TPSF memiliki hasil 0,34 dengan status “tidak rekomendasi” dan produk PNBNIJ memiliki hasil 0,21 dengan status “tidak rekomendasi”
