In this thesis discusses about STT-PLN Design Application Plan for New Students Android based where the making of application is based on new student problem which often difficult to find room which become their destination.
Applications are made with some software that supports one of them is AppInventor 2, the software is very useful for coding and design of the android application interface that will be created. By using UCD method (User Centered Design) where we put the user as the center of application design that will be made. In this method there are 2 stages to be passed to design the first application is the data retrieval interface through Lecturer and then the second is the targeted user itself. The data obtained through the method can be used as the basis for designing the application itself. As for the test is done with the submission of questionnaires such as the UCD method (User Centered Design) that has been done to the user and the closest friends, the application feasibility results can be seen from the presentation of the questionnaire that has been determined so that the application is feasible for use on new students STT- PLN in order to be utilized and have a positive impact for students who use. Therefore the development of this application is very conquered in the future.

Dalam Skripsi ini membahas tentang Perancangan Aplikasi Denah STT-PLN untuk Mahasiswa Baru Berbasis Android yang dimana pembuatan aplikasi didasari oleh masalah mahasiswa baru yang sering kesulitan menemukan ruangan
yang menjadi tujuannya. Aplikasi dibuat dengan beberapa software yang mendukung salah satunya adalah AppInventor 2, software tersebut sangat berguna untuk pembuatan coding dan perancangan interface aplikasi android yang ingin digunakan. Dengan menggunakan metode UCD (User Centered Design) dimana kita meletakkan User atau pengguna sebagai pusat perancangan aplikasi yang akan dibuat. Pada metode ini ada 2 tahap yang akan dilalui untuk merancang aplikasi yang pertama adalah pengambilan data interface melalui Dosen Pembimbing lalu yang kedua adalah pengguna yang ditargetkan itu sendiri. Data yang didapatkan melalui metode tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai dasar perancangan desain aplikasi itu sendiri. Sedangkan untuk pengujian yang dilakukkan adalah dengan pengajuan kuisioner seperti pada metode UCD (User Centered Design) yang telah dilakukkan kepada pengguna dan teman terdekat, hasil kelayakan aplikasi dapat dilihat dari presentase kuisioner yang telah ditentukan sehingga Aplikasi ini layak untuk di pergunakan pada mahasiswa baru STT-PLN agar dapat dimanfaatkan dan berdampak positif bagi mahasiswa yang menggunakan. Oleh karena itu pengembangan aplikasi ini sangatlah diperlukkan di masa depan nantinya.
