Abstract

Proteksi relai merupakan komponen yang berperan penting dalam sistem pengamanan dalam sistem jaringan distribusi. Merujuk dari salah satu syarat relai, yaitu harus mampu bekerja selektif. Selektif dalam arti dapat membedakan secara cermat dalam mensensing dan mengatasi ganggguan agar kerja koordinasi antar relai proteksi di sistem jaringan distribusi dapat bekerja dengan baik. Parameter nilai proteksi yang digunakan untuk perbandingan relai Micom dan Sepam menggunakan Electrical Protection Code standar ANSI (American National Standart Institute) 50/51 OCR (Over Current Relay) dimana proteksi menggunakan 2 kurva tripping time yaitu IDMT (Inverse Definite). Dari hasil analisa diketahui bahwa kedua relai yaitu Micom dan Sepam memenuhi salah satu syarat kinerja relai sebelum pemasangan dilapangan.

Protective of relays are components playing an important role in security system in the network distribution system. Selective means being able to distinguish carefully in feel and overcome in the interference, therefore coordination work between protection relays in the distribution network system can work well. The protective value parameters used for the comparison of Sepam and Micom use the electrical code ANSI (American National Standards Institute) Standard 50/51 where protection uses 2 tripping time curves of IDMT (Inverse Definite Minimum Time) dan Definite. From the results of analysis had known that both of the relay Micom and Sepam had filled the one of requirements for the relays before mounted in the field.
