Abstract

Jalan merupakan infrastruktur utama untuk mendorong mobilitas penduduk menjadi lebih mudah dan merubah ekonomi agar lebih maju. Penggunaan bahan tambah crumb rubber mesh#120 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai stabilitas dan flow agar aspal tidak kaku dan mudah getas. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan crumb rubber mesh#120 pada campuran lataston hot rolled sheet dengan marshall test 30 menit dan marshall immersion 24 jam. Hasil pengujian KAO sebesar 6,55%. Kemudian membuat benda uji dengan bahan tambah crumb rubber mesh#120 dengan kadar 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, dan 5%. Nilai Stabilitas tertinggi variasi crumb rubber 3% perendaman 30 menit sebesar 1629,39 kg/cm, nilai flow tertinggi variasi crumb rubber 5% perendaman 24 jam sebesar 5,31 mm, nilai VIM tertinggi variasi crumb rubber 5% perendaman selama 24 jam sebesar 4,803%, nilai VMA tertinggi variasi crumb rubber 5% perendaman 24 jam sebesar 18,750%, nilai VFB tertinggi variasi crumb rubber 3% perendaman 30 menit sebesar 78,735%, nilai Marshall Quotient tertinggi variasi crumb rubber 3% perendaman 30 menit sebesar 395,16 kg/mm, dan nilai Durabilitas tertinggi pada variasi 3 sebesar 92, 008%, Kadar penambahan crumb rubber mesh#120 yang optimum untuk bahan tambah pada campuran aspal hot rolled sheet menggunakan bahan tambah crumb rubber kadar 3%.

Roads are the main infrastructure to encourage easier mobility of the population and change the economy to be more advanced. The use of crumb rubber mesh#120 is expected to increase the stability and flow values so that the asphalt is not stiff and brittle. The study was conducted to determine the effect of adding crumb rubber mesh#120 to a mixture of lataston hot rolled sheet with a 30 minute marshall test and 24 hour marshall immersion. The results of the KAO test are 6.55%. Then make the test object with crumb rubber mesh#120 added with levels of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5%. The highest stability value for the variation of crumb rubber 3% immersion in 30 minutes is 1629.39 kg/cm, the highest flow value for the variation of crumb rubber 5% immersion in 24 hours is 5.31 mm, the highest VIM value for the variation of crumb rubber 5% immersion for 24 hours is 4.803 %, the highest VMA value for crumb rubber 5% immersion 24 hours was 18.750%, the highest VFB value was 3% crumb rubber immersion 30 minutes was 78.735%, the highest Marshall Quotient value was 3% crumb rubber variation 30 minutes was 395.16 kg/ mm, and the highest Durability value in variation 3 is 92, 008%. The optimum level of addition of crumb rubber mesh#120 for added material in hot rolled sheet asphalt mixture uses 3% crumb rubber added material.
