Transformator tenaga merupakan salah satu peralatan terpenting dan termahal dalam proses penyaluran energi listrik. Oleh karena itu diharapkan sebuah transformator tenaga dapat memiliki usia pakai lama, susut umur kecil dan nilai effisiensi tinggi. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hal tersebut ialah pola pembebanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dari hasil pengolahan data yang mengacu pada IEC 354, SPLN 17A dan IEEE C57.91 2011 didapatkan bahwa nilai susut umur transformator 4 Gardu Induk Duri Kosambi masih sangat rendah yaitu 0,00204% dengan nilai effisiensi sebesar 99,8 %. Hal ini karena suhu hostpot yang dihasilkan masih di bawah standar (110 yaitu 97,41 . Tetapi apabila terjadi pertumbuhan beban yang mengakibatkan peningkatan suhu hotspot hingga mencapai 110 , maka akan terjadi peningkatan nilai susut umur dan penurunan nilai effisiensi yang drastic

Power transformator is one of the most important equipment and valuable in the process to distribute electrical energy. It is expected that a power transformers can have long lifetime, less shrinkage of the lifespan and the efficiency high. One of the factors that can affect it is the loading demand. This study uses quantitative methods. From the results of data processing referring to IEC 354, SPLN 17A and IEEE C57.91 2011, it was found that the shrinkage value of transformer age 4 Duri Kosambi substation is still very low that is 0.00204% with a efficiency value of 99.8%. This is because the resulting hostpot temperature is still below standard (110 ) which is 97.41 . But if there is load growth and increase the hotspot temperature up to 110 , there will be an increase in the shrinkage value of the age and a decrease in the value of the drastic efficiency
