In this study, the system is created by using the method of Analytic Hierachy method SPK Process (AHP) Technique method for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Those method is chosen because it is considered to produce a more accurate and more objective. Method of AHP will produce weight criteria that can be used on TOPSIS method in the weighting process. The Input from the system created is divided into 2. The origin of the data used come from Aceh Province Department of agriculture in the form of the data of rice varieties as well as the description. AHP uses pairwise comparison table data from the criteria of varieties, the TOPSIS method uses data description of variety’s criterias as alternative. Final results of method of the AHP the value gained 0.29 to alternate the highest rank while on final results of TOPSIS obtained the final value for the highest ranking value 0.76. From the test results it is known that TOPSIS more accurate because TOPSIS not only equal between the criterias but also the alternative selected should have the closest distance from the ideal solution is positive and the longest distance of the solution ideal negative. This application is designed based Android as an alternative for the farmers in the selection of the type of rice varieties. The result of the system is shown as a ranking of an alternatives from best to worst.

Dalam penelitian ini, sistem dibuat dengan menggunakan metode SPK yaitu metode Analytic Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode ini dipilih karena dinilai dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih akurat dan lebih objektif. Metode AHP akan menghasilkan bobot kriteria yang dapat digunakan pada proses pembobotan di metode TOPSIS. Masukan dari sistem yang dibuat dibagi menjadi 2. Asal data yang digunakan berasal dari Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Aceh berupa data varietas padi serta deskripsinya. Pada metode AHP menggunakan data tabel perbandingan berpasangan dari kriteria varietas, pada metode TOPSIS menggunakan data deskripsi varietas yang menjadi alternatif. Hasil akhir dari perangkingan metode AHP didapat nilai 0,29 untuk alternatif rangking tertinggi sedangkan pada hasil akhir TOPSIS didapat nilai akhir untuk 0,76 nilai rangking tertinggi. Dari hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa perhitungan TOPSIS lebih akurat karena pada TOPSIS tidak hanya membangdingkan antar kriteria saja tetapi juga alternatif terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan jarak terpanjang dari solusi ideal negatifAplikasi ini dirancang berbasis Android sebagai alternatif bagi para petani dalam pemilihan jenis varietas padi. Hasil dari sistem yang dibuat berupa peringkat alternatif mulai dari yang paling baik hingga yang paling buruk.
