The field of Human Capital Development PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON +PT) is in charge of managing the data selection of prospective employees often get trouble in monitor data of prospective employees. This thesis discusses the architecture of the application E-helpdesk software engineering method with ICONIX Process which is derived from Agile methodology. This research aims to produce a web-based application that can support the needs of the field of Human Capital Development in data monitor prospective employees of the PT. Icon + as well as accommodate the data. This application is built using the PHP Programming Language and the sh he design of this application with the login access by Officer and the participants, data processing by the Officer, management of test schedules, lists of prospective employee benefits employees earned an apprenticeship. The results in the form of the data of monitoring the process of receipt of employee candidates, who have been through web-based applications system.

Bidang Human Capital Development PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (PT. ICON+) bertugas mengelola seleksi data calon pegawai sering kali mendapatkan kesulitan dalam memonitoring data calon pegawai. Skripsi ini membahas rancang bangun Aplikasi E-helpdesk dengan metode rekayasa perangkat lunak ICONIX Process yang merupakan turunan dari Agile Metodologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mendukung kebutuhan bidang Human Capital Development dalam memonitoring data calon pegawai PT.ICON+ serta menampung data tersebut. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP serta dengan penampungan database Mysql. Fitur dalam perancangan aplikasi ini yaitu dengan akses login oleh Officer dan peserta, pengolahan data oleh Officer, pengelolaan jadwal test calon pegawai, daftar benefit yang diterima pegawai magang. Hasilnya berupa data monitoring proses penerimaan calon pegawai, yang sudah melalui system aplikasi berbasis web.
