Abstract

Bandara udara memerlukan pasokan daya tenaga listrik yang handal karena menyangkut keselamatan penerbangan. Sehingga memerlukan peralatan proteksi yang digunakan untuk melindungi dari gangguan hubung singkat. Dengan koordinasi system proteksi yang baik akan meminimalisir daerah gangguan dan pemadaman di daerah lain. Untuk itu tersedia sebuah gardu induk 150 KV / 20 KV. Pasokan daya didapat dari saluran transmisi PLN 150 KV ke busbar Gardu induk yang terdekat dengan bandara. Dari gardu induk PLN terdapat 4 penyulang 20 KV berupa kabel tanah ke gardu hubung bandara. Gardu hubung bandara merupakan bagian dari instalasi listrik bandara. Begitu juga sumber – sumber daya darurat ( genset darurat yang masuk ke gardu hubung ) dari gardu hubung terdapat penyulang 20 KV berupa kabel tanah menuju ke ruang tenaga. Dari ruang tenaga terdapat saluran kabel tanah menuju gardu penyulang beban. Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas koordinasi relay dari penyulang yang keluar dari ruang tenaga ke relay penyulang beban.

Airports require a reliable supply of electricity as it concern to auration safety. So it must be required by the reliable provision of electricity and not a part from the protection equipment that used to protect from short-circuit breakdown. By good coordination of protection system will minimize disturbance and blackout in other areas. Therefore is a main 150 kV/200Kv power substation. The power supply is obtained from PLN transmission line to the main busbar substation 150 kV nearest to the airport. From the PLN substation there are 4 repeater 20 kV provider which are around cables to airports substation connection. Airports connection past is a part of airport electricity installation. A place where the power supply was in, and also the sources of emergency supply (emergency Generator that goes into substation connection). From the connection substation there is 20 kV repeater in the from of cable to the power room. From the power room there is ground cable line towards substation burden. In this script will be discussed about the relay coordination from the repeater towards to the power room to the relay repeater load which.
