Setiap proyek kontruksi membutuhkan sumber daya dalam menyelesaikannya, yaitu tenaga kerja, biaya, alat, metode dan material. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek tentunya produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa faktor pengaruh produktivitas tenaga kerja terhadap kinerja waktu pada proyek. Produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan kemampuan tenaga kerja dalam memproduksi atau mengerjakan pekerjaan dalam satuan waktu (kg/jam), pada perhitungan yang dilakukan didapat produktivitas tenaga kerja sebesar 31,8181 kg/jam sehingga pada pekerjaan pembesian dapat diselesaikan selama 8 hari, dan di analisa faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja tersebut denga menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian didpatkan bahwa produktivitas tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu proyek. Dan diambil kesimpulan, semakin tinggi produktivitas tenaga kerja maka semakin cepat waktu pekerjaan proyek selesai dan sebaliknya.

Every construction project requires resources in completing it, namely labor, costs, tools, methods and materials. In project implementation, of course, labor productivity is one of the important factors that affect project time performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of labor productivity on time performance on the project. Labor productivity is the ability of workers to produce or do work in a unit of time (kg/hour), the calculations carried out obtained labor productivity of 31.8181 kg/hour so that the iron work can be completed for 8 days, and factor analysis that affect the productivity of the workforce by using the SPSS application. From the results of the study, it was found that labor productivity had an effect on project time performance. And it is concluded, the higher the productivity of the workforce, the faster the project work time is completed and vice versa.
