Abstract
Sulfur Heksafluorida (SF6) merupakan gas yang dapat digunakan sebagai media isolasi pada peralatan listrik, begitu juga digunakan pada Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) pada sistem transmisi daya listrik. Kualitas gas SF6 mempengaruhi kinerja sebagai media isolasi. Parameter kualitas gas SF6 dapat dilihat dari kondisi fisik gas tersebut, yaitu Purity, Moisture Content, Dew Point, dan Decomposition Product. Kualitas gas SF6 dianalisa dengan alat uji SF6 Analyzer.. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan rata-rata pada setiap kompartemen GIS New Senayan, Penghantar Kembangan I GIS, yaitu memiliki Purity 98%; Moisture Content > 1000 ppmV; Dew Point 3°C dan melakukan penggantian Absorbent pada peralatan CT, DS Rel 1 & 2, DS Line sehingga kekuatan isolasinya tidak menurun. Penghantar Kembangan II GIS, yaitu memiliki Purity 99%; Moisture Content > 1000 ppmV; Dew Point 4°C dan melakukan penggantian Absorbent pada peralatan CT, DS Rel 1 & 2, DS Line sehingga kekuatan isolasinya tidak menurun. Trafo 1 GIS, yaitu memiliki Purity 99%; Moisture Content > 1000 ppmV; Dew Point 3°C dan melakukan penggantian Absorbent pada peralatan CT, DS Rel 1 Fasa ( S,T ) & DS Rel 2, DS Line sehingga kekuatan isolasinya tidak menurun. Trafo 2 GIS, yaitu memiliki Purity 99%; Moisture Content > 1000 ppmV; Dew Point 2°C dan melakukan penggantian Absorbent pada peralatan CT, DS Rel 1 & 2, DS Line sehingga kekuatan isolasinya tidak menurun. Trafo 3 GIS, yaitu memiliki Purity 99%; Moisture Content > 1000 ppmV; Dew Point 2°C dan melakukan penggantian Absorbent pada peralatan CT, DS Rel 1 & 2, DS Line Fasa T sehingga kekuatan isolasinya tidak menurun.. Kopel GIS, yaitu memiliki Purity 99%; Moisture Content > 1000 ppmV; Dew Point 5°C dan melakukan penggantian Absorbent pada peralatan CT, DS Rel 1 Fasa R,T & DS Rel 2, DS Line sehingga kekuatan isolasinya tidak menurun.
Sulfur Hexafluoride (SF6) is a gas that can be used as an isolation medium in electrical equipment, as well as used in Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) in electric power transmission systems. SF6 gas quality affects performance as an isolation medium. SF6 gas quality parameters can be seen from the physical condition of the gas, namely Purity, Moisture Content, Dew Point, and Decomposition Product. SF6 gas quality is analyzed with SF6 Analyzer test equipment.. Based on the measurement results and the average for each GIS New Senayan compartment, An Introduction to Kembangan I GIS, which has Purity 98%; Moisture Content >1000 ppmV; Dew Point 3 ° C and replace Absorbent on CT equipment, DS Rail 1 & 2, DS Line so that the insulation strength does not decrease. An introduction to Kembangan II GIS, which has Purity 99%; Moisture Content >1000 ppmV; Dew Point 4 ° C and replace Absorbent on CT equipment, DS Rail 1 & 2, DS Line so that the insulation strength does not decrease. GIS Transformer 1, which has Purity 99%; Moisture Content >1000 ppmV; Dew Point 3 ° C and do replacement Absorbent on CT equipment, DS Phase 1 Rail (S, T) & DS Rel 2, DS Line so that the insulation strength does not decrease. GIS Transformer 2, which has 99% Purity; Moisture Content >1000 ppmV; Dew Point 2 ° C and replace Absorbent on CT equipment, DS Rail 1 & 2, DS Line so that the insulation strength does not decrease. GIS Transformer 3, which has Purity 99%; Moisture Content >1000 ppmV; Dew Point 2 ° C and replace Absorbent on CT equipment, DS Rail 1 & 2, DS Line Phase T so that the insulation strength does not decrease. Coupling GIS, which has Purity 99%; Moisture Content >1000 ppmV; Dew Point 5 ° C and replace Absorbent on CT equipment, DS Rail 1 Phase R, T & DS Rel 2, DS Line so that the insulation strength does not decrease.
