Abstract
Sulfur Heksafluorida (SF6) merupakan gas yang dapat digunakan sebagai media isolasi pada peralatan listrik, begitu juga digunakan pada Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) pada sistem transmisi daya listrik. Kualitas gas SF6 mempengaruhi kinerja sebagai media isolasi. Parameter kualitas gas SF6 dapat dilihat dari kondisi fisik gas tersebut, yaitu Purity, Moisture Content, Dew Point, dan Decomposition Product. Kualitas gas SF6 dianalisa dengan alat uji SF6 Analyzer. Pengukuran dengan SF6 Analyzer menggunakan Standar CIGRE, Standar IEC 62271, IEEE C37.122.1, 1993, yaitu Purity > 97%; Moisture Content < 840 ppmV; Dew Point < -5°C; dan Decomposition Product < 2000 ppmV. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan rata-rata pada setiap kompartemen GIS Lontar, Busbar memiliki Purity 99,9%; Moisture Content 25,5 ppmV; Dew Point - 53,53°C; dan tidak terdapat kandungan SO2. Pemutus Tenaga memiliki Purity 99,9%; Moisture Content 22,83 ppmV; Dew Point -54,11°C; dan tidak terdapat kandungan SO2. DS Tanah memiliki Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 31,5 ppmV; Dew Point -52,1°C; dan tidak terdapat kandungan SO2. DS Pengapit dan Tanah memiliki Purity 99,07%; Moisture Content 83,33 ppmV; Dew Point -44,9°C; dan tidak terdapat kandungan SO2. DS Bay Line memiliki Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 87,25 ppmV; Dew Point -44,32°C; dan tidak terdapat kandungan SO2. Current Transformer memiliki Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 234,5 ppmV; Dew Point -34,62°C; dan tidak terdapat kandungan SO2. Voltage Transformer memiliki Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 285 ppmV; Dew Point -32,7°C; dan tidak terdapat kandungan SO2. Lightning Arrester memiliki Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 36 ppmV; Dew Point -51,3°C; dan tidak terdapat kandungan SO2. Sub Sistem Terminasi memiliki Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 22,75 ppmV; Dew Point -54,3°C; dan tidak terdapat kandungan SO2. Sehingga, tidak diperlukan reklamasi dan penggantian absorbent.
Sulfur Hexafluoride (SF6) is a gas that can be used as an isolation medium in electrical equipment, as well as used in Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) in electric power transmission systems. SF6 gas quality affects performance as an isolation medium. SF6 gas quality parameters can be seen from the physical condition of the gas, namely Purity, Moisture Content, Dew Point, and Decomposition Product. SF6 gas quality is analyzed with SF6 Analyzer test equipment. Measurements with SF6 Analyzer using CIGRE Standard, IEC 62271 Standard, IEEE C37.122.1, 1993, namely Purity > 97%; Moisture Content < 840 ppmV; Dew Point < -5°C; and Decomposition Product < 2000 ppmV. Based on the measurement results and the average for each GIS Lontar compartment, Busbar have Purity 99,9%; Moisture Content 25,5 ppmV; Dew Point -53,53°C; and there is no SO2 content. Circuit Breaker have Purity 99,9%; Moisture Content 22,83 ppmV; Dew Point -54,11°C; and there is no SO2 content. DS Tanah have Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 31,5 ppmV; Dew Point -52,1°C; and there is no SO2 content. DS Pengapit dan Tanah have Purity 99,07%; Moisture Content 83,33 ppmV; Dew Point -44,9°C; and there is no SO2 content. DS Bay Line have Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 87,25 ppmV; Dew Point -44,32°C; and there is no SO2 content. Current Transformer have Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 234,5 ppmV; Dew Point -34,62°C; and there is no SO2 content. Voltage Transformer have Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 285 ppmV; Dew Point - 32,7°C; and there is no SO2 content. Lightning Arrester have Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 36 ppmV; Dew Point -51,3°C; and there is no SO2 content. Termination Sub System have Purity 99,99%; Moisture Content 22,75 ppmV; Dew Point -54,3°C; and there is no SO2 content. Therefore, no reclamation and absorbent replacement is needed.
